OUR PASTOR

Pastor Jarrod Hylden

Pastor Jarrod Hylden began serving Skrefsrud Lutheran in 2015. He has been married to Elise for fourteen years and they have four young children. Pastor Jarrod is originally from Park River, ND. He graduated from the Free Lutheran Bible College in 2007, Concordia College (Moorhead) in 2011, and the Free Lutheran Seminary in 2015. In 2022, he received a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Pastor Jarrod also serves as pastor of Immanuel Free Lutheran Church of rural Centerville: 29686 458th Ave Centerville, SD. Immanuel’s Sunday service begins at 10:45am.

Each Sunday Pastor Jarrod aims to preach Christ crucified and risen for our salvation. He would love to visit with you and encourage you in your walk with the Lord.
